Kerry is a public sector expert with experience spanning strategy and management consulting for the UK government, supporting the Prime Minster to deliver key priorities in Albania, as well as frontline public service delivery. Recently, she is supporting local governments in the USA to deliver innovative solutions to problems facing their major cities.
Alexandra has worked with governments and companies to implement systemic change at the city, national, and international level in relation to climate change. Her work focuses on strategy, capacity building, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement. She is currently an implementation coach for Bloomberg’s American Cities Climate Challenge.
Mary is a public service consultant with 10+ years of experience leading global health and access to medicines initiatives for non-profit and private sector organizations. Mary has worked hand-in-hand with foreign governments striving to achieve complex policy objectives in the health space in Africa, Latin America, and Asia.
Rebecca has 10+ years of experience supporting government leaders, education agencies and non-profit organizations to create strategic plans, analyze data, monitor performance and progress, and review capacity to effectively implement key initiatives. She works primarily in the United States, with a focus on the education sector.
Tyler has worked on the Bloomberg American Cities Climate Challenge advising city governments in Austin, Philadelphia, San Antonio, and St. Louis on a wide variety of carbon emissions reductions and sustainable growth strategies across the transportation and buildings sectors.
Daniel has advised governments, nonprofits, and private sector companies across the United States on a wide variety of topics including program and strategy development and implementation, organizational transformation, capability building and coaching, training development and delivery, and new product pricing and go-to-market strategy.
Gabriel has over 15 years of experience advising state and local governments, large U.S. federal agencies, universities and non-profits. Most recently he has guided our partnership with Bloomberg Philanthropy leading innovative city projects solving issues including homelessness, air quality, climate change, energy efficiency, justice, transportation, public health, and equality.
Stanley has over seven years of experience working in and advising municipal governments and has specialized expertise in transportation and sustainability.
Greg has advised senior executives in the US federal government in the creation and execution of strategies, in particular focusing on culture transformation through storytelling. He has a background as a writer and filmmaker.
Nick has worked with governments, quasi-public finance entities, and private sector companies across the United States and Asia on a wide variety of topics including clean energy deployment; blended and public-private financing products, programs and institutions; building energy solutions in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings; electricity market reform; and energy, climate, and transportation policy and economics.

Fernanda is an experienced policy and project manager with 10+ years in the private, academic, and non-profit sectors across Latin America and the United States.Her areas of expertise include strategy development and designing evidence-based approaches to problem-solving, while applying equity and intersectional lenses to her work. She holds an International Affairs degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, and a Master's in PublicAdministration from Columbia University.
Fiorella has advised bilateral organizations and governments across Latin America and the Caribbean on a range of topics including advocacy, security and justice issues, political networking, public policy development, performance enhancement and strategic communications and reporting.
Alan has pulled together Climate Challenge participants at several events and conferences across the US to ensure network learning across all 25 cities in buildings, energy, and transportation. He also coordinates Denver’s climate actions and partnerships, and supports the implementation of the Mayor’s Challenge in the US.
Aasha has led numerous policy design and implementation engagements with senior government officials at the state and city level in the U.S. and Pakistan. She is currently supporting Bloomberg Philanthropies’ COVID-19 Local Response Initiative to deliver quality programming and assistance to U.S. cities.
Juan is a commercial engineer and an economist with extensive experience in strategy and implementation. He has advised the Public Sector in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Oceania and Africa, having worked with the World Bank and as advisor to the President’s Delivery Unit in Chile. Juan holds a master’s degree from Harvard University. His current delivery efforts are focused in the Americas.
Saad is an expert at the intersection of public sector delivery and technology. He has led the design and implementation of data systems to track and manage government priorities across the Americas, Africa and Asia. His current delivery efforts focus on advising governments around the world on technology strategy and implementation.
Maria has significant experience in public education, having worked in the non-profit and impact-investing sectors. She has coordinated projects with multiple public education systems in Brazil, with special focus on national standards implementation and improvement of learning outcomes in K-8 systems. Maria has also acted as a management consultant advising private sector companies of various sectors in operations excellence and strategy projects.
Nick Rodriguez is the CEO of Delivery Associates. Nick has been a leader at Delivery Associates since 2016, building our North America practice and playing a pivotal role in helping governments, NGOs, and philanthropies deliver public value in the United States, Canada, and beyond. He has co-authored two seminal books on delivery, and advised governments at every level in the US, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa, with a particular focus on education.
Alek has worked in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, and delivery experience with public sector clients at both the federal and city levels. He is part of the collaboration with Bloomberg Philanthropies supporting cities through the American Cities Climate Challenge.
Sonya has worked with local, national, and international governments on projects ranging from building local rideshare programs to supporting negotiations to form the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. She is passionate about the public sector’s role in climate mitigation, and currently supports cities in the American Cities Climate Challenge.
Martin is an economist with professional experience at governments and diverse multilateral organizations. Most recently he worked at the Presidency or Argentina and as Strategic Planning Manager of the healthcare of the elderly in Argentina. Martin holds masters’ degree from Harvard University and the main areas of his expertise are data analysis, strategy design, and policy implementation.
Khalid has advised governments, INGOs, financial institutions and private sector companies across the United States and Africa on a wide variety of topics, including strategy development, strategic planning, capacity building, and go-to-market strategy. His most recent work has focused on solving urban problems, such as increasing investment in infrastructure and improving urban mobility.
Amy has deep expertise advising US governors, mayors, and other government leaders on policy priorities. For over 7 years, she has led and facilitated strategic planning, consensus-building, and leadership engagement to drive change in governments. Her work has spanned from the US public sector to global technology and multilateral organizations.
