Lauren has more than ten years of experience supporting governments deliver improved outcomes. She has coached leaders in several American educational systems at state and local levels. She has designed and executed Deliverology® trainings for leaders around the world.

Minahil has extensive experience advising provincial governments  on public sector reform, policy development and implementation, setting up delivery and performance management systems for district and provincial governments and building capacity of civil servants in Pakistan, KSA and NSW . She led Pakistan’s largest literacy & numeracy drive across 52,000 public schools.

John has wide-ranging experience across North and South Americas, Asia and the Middle East across economic and educational priority areas.  He currently leads our work on the Delivery Institute, and is an expert on public sector reform, on capacity building, and on education total system reform.
